As Executive Chairman, Ian is a trusted Professional Services practitioner with over 25 years’ experience within the Accounting industry.
Working closely with his clients to form long-term partnership, Ian provides high-level strategic advice across all areas of Accounting, Business Advisory, Superannuation, and Taxation.
Ian is proud to partner with many SME & Family-owned businesses to provide comprehensive and bespoke strategies to help address the challenges and complexities they encounter through day-to-day operations & management.
Throughout his career, he has actively worked with a diverse portfolio of industry sectors – including Agribusiness, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Medical & Allied Health, Mining Services, Professional Services, and SME Business.
Holding accreditation as a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Tax Adviser (Taxation Institute of Australia), Ian regularly speaks at industry events throughout the business community, and holds various advisory board positions with many SME and Family-owned businesses.
Alongside his role with Archer Gowland Redshaw, is a fully authorised Director of Lantern Advisory – providing tailored Financial Planning & Wealth Management advice for over 20 years.
Outside of industry, Ian’s interests include wine, AFL, soccer, and cricket.
