Aisha is a fully-qualified Business Services Manager, with over 12 years’ experience working within the Accounting industry.

In her role with Archer Gowland Redshaw, Aisha specialises in providing tailored accounting, taxation, and strategic business advice to SMEs and high-net wealth individuals – helping clients to achieve their best financial and business outcomes.

Supporting clients from a variety of industries, Aisha has a keen interest in partnering with clients from sectors including Professional Services, Manufacturing, Medical & Allied Health, and Family-owned businesses. In working closely with these clients, Aisha enjoys creating long-standing relationships to provide guidance in complex financial affairs and is proud to work with them to provide an understanding of tax obligations relating to their operations.

As an industry accredited Chartered Accountant, Aisha undertakes advisory work for clients – providing in-depth analysis via Spotlight Reporting, Cash-Flow Management Analysis, and the preparation of Tax Planning strategies.

Furthermore, as a Manager, Aisha actively supports the progression and development of the firm’s staff – regularly facilitating in-house training programs and acting as a mentor to those undertaking the Chartered Accountancy program.

Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Aisha spent eight years’ developing her industry expertise and experience with one of Brisbane’s Mid-Tier firms. 

Originally from Mackay, Aisha enjoys spending time with friends and family exploring Brisbane, travelling and is a self-confessed AFL tragic – with a love for the Essendon Bombers.
